Allen Eugene Pretz, 64, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. A celebration of life is being planned for a later date. Arrangements are with Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids.

Survivors include his wife, Carol; mother, Juanita Pretz; children, Tara Lara, Leah Campbell, Allen Pretz Jr., and Karla Morgan; step-daughters, Teresa Fields and Shelly Fields; sisters, Debra Higgins, Linda Davis, Leanne Smith, and Kim Curtis; aunt, Winnie Warren; twelve grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and three step great great-grandchildren.

Allen was born on May 9, 1959, in Illinois the son of Daryl and Juanita (Steenburgen) Pretz.  He was preceded in death by his father.
