Anna Likanchuk, 90, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 20, 2024, at her home. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Papich Kuba Funeral Service, 1228 2nd Street SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Anna was born April 9, 1934, in Habovichi Belarus, daughter to Vasily and Irina (Vakulich) Vilovchik. She was united in marriage to Peter Likanchuk in Kaluki, Belarus, and in 1989, she migrated to the United States of America with her family.

Anna is survived by her children, Nadezhda Parfenyuk, Sofia Novik, and Irina Schminkey; grandchildren, Yelena Parfenyuk, Valera Novik, May Lee Schminkey, Natalie Likanchuk-Heil, Arek Likanchuk, and Andrew Likanchuk; nine great-grandchildren, and siblings, Maria Vilovchik, Nick Vilovchik, Tanya Vilovchik, and Sofia Gelement.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, sister, son, Vitaly Likanchuk; and husband, Peter Likanchuk.
