David Keith Bilsland, 82, of Lowden, Iowa, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Visitation: 2:00-4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 8, 2025, Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids.

David was born on September 19, 1942, in Cedar Rapids, the son of William and Margaret (Vaughn) Bilsland Sr.

David is survived by his children, Doug (Janet) Emerson and Debbie Emerson; seven stepchildren; many grandchildren; and siblings, Terry (Doris) Bilsland, Karen Hayes, and Linda Goebel.

David was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather, Jack; wife, Jadean; wife, Rita; one stepson, siblings, Clarence, John, Richard, and William Jr.; and brother-in-law, Claude.
