Debra Kay Voshell, 48, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, June 10, 2021 at UnityPoint Health-Saint Luke's Hospital following complications of surgery.  A celebration of Debra's life is planned for a future date.  Papich-Kuba Funeral Service is serving the family.

Debra is survived by two brothers, Jeff Voshell (Tracy) and Jake Voshell, both of Cedar Rapids; nieces, Marinna Lusk-Tamayo (Ken), LeAsia Voshell, Madison Voshell, Jaden Voshell and Taylor; nephews, Curtis Voshell and Tanner; great-nieces, Demarriana, Daeleigha, Ziyah, Arayah, Lynsie, Teygan and Allison; and a great-nephew, Maurice.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Mary (Hobert) Voshell.

Debra was born July 19, 1972 in Independence and had lived in Cedar Rapids since 1973.

Although Debra experienced many challenges in her life, she was always a loving sister, aunt and great-aunt.
