Emily K. Zousel, 95, of Cedar Rapids, died at her home, Thursday, August 30, 2018.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 13 ^th , at Saint Wenceslaus Catholic Church by Father Christopher Podhajsky. Burial: Saint Joseph's Cemetery-Cedar Valley, rural West Branch. Friends may call after 9:00 A.M. Thursday at the church where a rosary will begin at 9:15 A.M.  Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids is serving the family.

Emily is survived by her brother, Edward (Joan) Zousel, Tustin, California, and several nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Emma (Machula) Zousel; her sisters, Bessie "Bea" Kalesky and Helen M. Jozefat; and brothers, Frederick and George Zousel.

Emily was born December 27, 1922 near Cedar Valley, Iowa. She was employed at Rockwell-Collins Company in Cedar Rapids and later lived in the Chicago area and was employed by the Alberto Company in Melrose Park, Illinois until her retirement in 1987. She returned to Cedar Rapids in 1989.

She was a member of Saint Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
