Gayle L. Livermore, 65, of Palo, died Tuesday afternoon, August 2, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center. Private family services will take place. Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids, is serving the family.

Gayle is survived by her son, Brian Livermore and husband Justin Reed, Hiawatha; sisters, Chris Petrak and husband Jim, Center Point, and Sherry Rowell and husband William, Cedar Rapids; lifelong friend, Marlene Allnutt, Palo; nephews, Mason and Lacey Morris and their children and Jacob Mikkola.

She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Bonnie (Enburg) Maginnis Morris and Mervin Morris, sister, Linda Maginnis and brother, Terry Maginnis.

Gayle was born July 21, 1951 in Burlington and lived in Marion most of her life until moving to Palo in 2011. She loved nature and enjoyed reading, crocheting and doing craftwork.
