James "Jim" Jon  Joseph Pospisil, 38, of Marion, Iowa passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021.

Those left to honor Jim's memory include his three children, Lucas, Amelia, and Anja.  His parents, Christine (Kevin) Canfield and James and Carolyn Pospisil.  The mother of his children, Allison Rike; his siblings, Eric Pospisil, Erin Pospisil, Amber (Josh) Fink and Bra'ylen Hurley.  Grandparents, Ted Elson-Canfield and Douglas and Joan Minney; nieces and nephews, Jocelyn, Brandon, Josh, Aurora Jeanne and Hunter; aunts, uncles, cousins, and a wealth of friends.

Jim was born March 11, 1983 in Cedar Rapids and has lived in the Cedar Rapids area all of his life.  He loved spending time with his children, fishing, hunting and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Please join us for a celebration of Jim's life at F. B. & Company in Waubeek, Iowa on Saturday from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for his children.
