Kay Bruce Clinton, 64, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023.

A gathering to visit with Kay's family and friends will be held from 2 to 4 P.M. Saturday at Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East, 1228 2 ^nd Street S.E., Cedar Rapids.

Kay was born August 22, 1958 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Terry and Doris Bilsland.  She graduated from Washington High School in 1977.  Kay married Robert Clinton on March 17, 1995.

Kay is survived by her husband, two sons, Chris Watts and Justin Smetzer; her granddaughter, Saige Watts; her parents, two sisters, 1 brother and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Bruce.

Donations in Kay's memory may be given to her family.
