Kelly Michael Birkicht's Obituary
Kelly Michael Birkicht, 57, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017 after a long battle with diabetes and kidney failure.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Papich-Kuba Funeral Service is serving the family.
Kelly was born on March 2, 1960 in Cedar Rapids. He was the third son of William and Pauline Birkicht.
He graduated from Jefferson High School. Kelly worked at multiple trades. He enjoyed fishing and took pride in working on his own vehicles.
Kelly is survived by his brothers, Tom (Jolene), Darrin (Ranee) and sister, Stacey French. He is survived by 21 nieces and nephews and 24 great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Garry.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be sent to the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
