Leanna M. Krejci, 86, of Oxford Junction, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died unexpectedly at her home on Friday, March 29, 2013.
Inurnment will be at a later date at Czech National Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids, is serving the family.
Leanna is survived by her daughter, Sharon (James) Balichek, Oxford Junction; 2 granddaughters, Renee (David) Schwantes, Lancaster, Wisconsin and Melissa Balichek, Rochester, Minnesota; 2 great-grandchildren, Joshua and Cara Schwantes.
Leanna was born March 5, 1927 in Lincoln, Missouri. She married Russell W. Krejci on September 11, 1943 and he died October 25, 2012.
Leanna and Russell lived in Cedar Rapids for many years before moving to Oxford Junction. In Cedar Rapids, she and her husband owned and operated Tommy's Oil Station.
