Lenora Jane Jiroutek, 95, a resident of the Solon Nursing Care Center, and formerly of Ely and Cedar Rapids, passed away Thursday morning, March 16, 2023 at the care center.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday at Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East, 1228 2 ^nd Street S.E., with Pastor Craig Brown of First Lutheran Church officiating.  Visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M. at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Czech National Cemetery.

Lenora is survived by numerous cousins and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Tillie (Hartl) Jiroutek.

Lenora was born January 22, 1928 in Cedar Rapids where she lived most of her life.  She was a former member of Lodge Karel IV 13 W.F.L.A.  Lenora enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening at her home and also quilting.

Memorial contributions may be given to her family to help defray her funeral expenses.
