Margaret Dvorak

Margaret M. Dvorak, 83, of Hiawatha, Iowa, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026, at Hiawatha Care Center. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Margaret was born on October 30, 1942, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of John and Elsie (Sykora) Elias. She was united in marriage to Dennis Dvoark.

Margaret enjoyed crafts, painting, cross stitching, and watching PBS and World War II History.

Margaret is survived by her children, Julia Dvorak and Shawn (Deb) Dvorak; grandchildren, Michael (Amber) Dvorak and Lee Dvorak.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dennis; and brother, Jack Elias.
