Marilyn Ann Paulson, 76, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Manor Care Health Services from multiple health concerns.  She was cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.  Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids is serving the family.

Marilyn was born September 25, 1944 in northeast Iowa to Truman and Edith Paulson.  She was raised in Clermont, Iowa and graduated from Valley High School in Elgin, Iowa.  Marilyn moved to Cedar Rapids and worked for Pierson's Florist for 15 years, and was later a CNA and Unit clerk.  She and her roommate started and operated a cleaning business, Homemakers Miracle.  Marilyn loved to go fishing, hunt mushrooms and play pool.  She was also an avid Hawkeyes fan.

Marilyn is survived by her siblings, Richard (Peggy), Stewartville, Minnesota, George (Candy), Springville, Iowa, Roberta (Mark) Galchutt, Clemmons, North Carolina and Sonja (David) Johnson, Arcadia, Wisconsin; several nieces and nephews and a special friend, David Triem.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and a special friend, Rose Brady.
