Mark E. Hartmann's Obituary
Mark E. Hartmann, 54, of Marion, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died unexpectedly at his home Tuesday, October 23, 2012.
Private family services will be held at Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East, Cedar Rapids, with Deacon Richard Manning officiating. Burial will follow at Saint John's Cemetery.
Mark is survived by his parents, Frank George Jr. and Agnes R. (Zach) Hartmann, Cedar Rapids; brothers, Kevin (Holly) Hartmann, Cedar Rapids and Kenneth (Sheila) Hartmann, Clinton, Connecticut; sisters, Caroline (John) Mockler, Dubuque and Denise (Don) Hurt, Cedar Rapids; and nine nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a nephew.
Mark was born September 13, 1958 in Cedar Rapids and was a 1976 graduate of LaSalle High School. He had worked at Wilson/Farmstead Foods and after it closed he had been employed as an over-the-road truck driver.
For those who wish to do so, memorials may be given to Xavier High School and the Cedar Rapids Free Clinic.
