Mark E. Rundall, 64, a resident of Mechanicsville Specialty Care, Mechanicsville, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died at the care center Saturday evening, August 4, 2018.

Memorial services for Mark scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East, Cedar Rapids, have been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.  Private family services will be held at a future date.

Mark is survived by his two daughters, Melanie (Rick) Clendenen and Michelle (Jeff) Pappas, both of Cedar Rapids and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Sr. and Shirley (Fields) Rundall; stepbrothers, Don Jr. and Kim Rundall; and his grandparents, George Sr. and Ruth Fields.

Mark was born October 1, 1953 in Iowa City and lived most of his life in Cedar Rapids. He married Maria Hanlon on December 7, 1970. They were later divorced.

He loved playing the guitar and had been a member of several bands.

The past five years, Mark had courageously fought against multiple sclerosis and at last his battle is over.

Mark will be missed by his family and friends very much.
