Ronald C. Johnson, 75, of Cedar Rapids, passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Papich-Kuba Funeral Service is serving the family.

Ron is survived by four children, Ronietta Ricklefs, Nolita (Reinaldo) Vazquez, Riley Parker AKA Anna Johnson, and Curtis (Lauryn) Johnson; nine grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; two sisters, Dolores (Myron) Thorn, Las Vegas, Nevada and Patricia (Gary) Knoop, Hiawatha; two sisters-in-law, Karen Johnson, Lena, Illinois and Phyllis Noe, Independence; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two wives, Charlotte Johnson and Jean Johnson; two brothers, Robert and Thomas Johnson; two grandsons, Cole Gray and David Johnson; one great grandson, Roran Clark; and his son-in-law, Ron W. Ricklefs.

Ron enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing darts and pool, and spending time with his family.
