Russell W. Krejci's Obituary
Russell W. Krejci, 92, Oxford Junction, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died early Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids, following a sudden illness.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids is serving the family.
Russell is survived by his wife of 69 years, Leanna; one granddaughter, Renee (David) Schwantes, Lancaster, Wisconsin and 2 great-grandchildren, Joshua and Cara Schwantes.
Russell was born November 24, 1919 in Cedar Rapids and lived there for many years before moving to Oxford Junction. In Cedar Rapids, he and his wife owned and operated Tommy's Oil Station.
