Seth "Sefr" Michael Kuba, 30, of Cedar Rapids, passed away at his home following a brief illness on Sunday, July 4, 2021.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at Saint Ludmila Catholic Church, 211 21st Avenue S.W., Cedar Rapids, with Father Kenneth Glaser officiating.  Papich-Kuba Funeral Service is serving the family.

Seth is survived by his mother, Marci Deyo; stepmother, Sheila Bragg-Deyo; two daughters; sisters, Tayler Kuba-York and Tara Kuba; and grandparents, Pat and Jim Deyo and Edward Kuba.  He is also survived by a large extended family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Kuba and his grandmother, Helen Kuba.

Seth was born May 22, 1991 in Cedar Rapids and was a lifelong resident of this area.  He enjoyed volunteering his time and talents in the Environmental Science field and loved walking outdoors enjoying nature.  Seth liked to go snowboarding.  He had a quiet, pondering personality, yet, also, a quirky sense of humor.  Most of all, Seth was a loving father.
