Shirley Schutzman, 73, passed away July 16, 2016 in Cedar Rapids due to complications of pancreatic cancer.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday at Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East, 1228 2nd Street S.E. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.

Ms. Schutzman is survived by her significant other of 22 years, Larry McGuire; five children, Tami, Brad, Brian, Joe and Debbie; eleven grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Kelly who passed away on April 25, 2011 and five grandchildren.

Ms. Schutzman was born October 13, 1942. Shirley's favorite pastime was going to the casino with Larry. She was a devoted mother and companion. She lived her life for others without expecting anything in return. She never complained and was the most loving and caring person. She loved flowers and babies.

All are welcome to attend the visitation and services. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted by the family.
