Susan Evans Curtis, 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 21, 2024, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa after a short illness.

She was born January 31, 1933, in Chicago, daughter to Richard and Marjorie (Reynolds) Evans.

Susan is survived by her children, Ashley Curtis, Lacy Curtis-Ward, and John Curtis; and grandchildren, Claire, James, and Stephanie.

The family wishes to deeply thank the community for their support, not only during this time, but throughout Susan's final years in Cedar Rapids. Particularly, they would like to express their gratitude to all the staff at Pillar Health and Mercy Hospice.
