Tina Marie Collum, 36, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, May 3, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital in Davenport.
Funeral Mass: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at Saint Wenceslaus Catholic Church by Father Christopher Podhajsky. Burial: Saint John's Cemetery. Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East serving the family.
Tina is survived by her mother and stepfather, Marlene J. (Krotz) Dostal and David L. Dostal Sr., Cedar Rapids; father, Dennis Collum, Cedar Rapids; brother, Tim Collum; half-brother, Brian Collum, Cedar Rapids; 2 stepbrothers, David (Janet) Dostal Jr., Tampa, Florida and John (Angie) Dostal, Millersburg; stepsister, Lisa (Brian) Pruess, Cedar Rapids; uncle, Marvin (Nancy) Krotz, Western; aunts, Patty (Mike) Pence and Mary (Mike Ruzicka) Henderson, all of Cedar Rapids and Elaine Holder, Goodyear, Arizona; many cousins, nieces, nephews and a lot of dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Louise Krotz and Bud and Irene Collum.
Tina was born August 17, 1976 in Cedar Rapids and was a 1994 graduate of Jefferson High School. She had worked at a video store in Oelwein for several years.
