Lifetime resident of Cedar Rapids, Venda Jasa, 72, daughter of Pauline and Charles Jasa, was born December 15, 1944, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A resident of the Meth-Wick Community, she passed away on October 31, 2017, following a rapid decline in health. The family would like to thank the staff at Meth-Wick for the loving care they provided Venda.

She was a member of Hus Memorial Presbyterian Church, and along with her mother, Pauline Jasa, Venda enjoyed volunteering at the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library. Venda's ability to light up a room with her smile and joyful attitude will be missed by all who knew her.
