Vincent Carroll Parr, 27, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, January 21, 2018 after a long battle with cancer.
Vincent was born to Renaie Bailey and Micah Wings on July 27, 1990 in Cedar Rapids.
Vincent is survived by both of his parents, his fiancée, Christina Riddle, two grandmothers, two brothers, a sister, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life for Vincent will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 4th, at Relevant Life Ministries, 351 8th Avenue S.W., Cedar Rapids, followed by a potluck dinner.
